fix: 统一所有站点使用 Let's Encrypt 证书，修复 SSL 不安全提示
- www-ai/root-domain/assets/issue/git 从 oa.tlyq.ai（CloudFlare Origin 自签名）
改为 www.tlyq.ai（Let's Encrypt 公共信任证书）
- oa.tlyq.ai 的 CloudFlare Origin 证书仅用于 oa-ai.conf

feat: nginx 全局性能优化（gzip/timeout/buffer/SSL/缓存）
- nginx.conf: 添加 gzip 压缩、SSL session cache、sendfile/tcp_nopush/tcp_nodelay
- nginx.conf: 设置反代全局默认参数（timeout 3s/30s/30s, buffer 16k×8）
- nginx.conf: 添加客户端超时和 keepalive 配置
- nginx.conf: 添加 worker_connections 1024
- conf.d/*.conf: www-ai/issue-ai/assets-ai 补全 _next/static 缓存（expires 1y）
- conf.d/*.conf: cloud-ai/token-ai 切换到 resolver 变量模式
- conf.d/*.conf: sso-ai 修正证书路径 + proxy_ssl_verify off
- conf.d/monitor-ai.conf: 新增监控站点反向代理配置
- nginx-local.conf: 同步本地测试配置的优化参数

feat: 用 OA 统一门户配置替换 SSO 配置
- 新增 oa-ai.conf 反向代理配置
- 移除 sso-ai.conf（已迁移至 OA 门户）
- 更新各站点 conf：适配新 SSO auth_request 路径
- 清理 nginx.conf 中已废弃的 SSO 相关配置
