feat: SSO 统一认证登录

- 集成 Authelia OIDC,支持统一认证登录
- 添加 OIDC 登录页面和回调处理
- 更新 docker-compose.yml 统一环境变量管理
- 更新 CHANGELOG.md 和 CLAUDE.md
