chore: remove $ symbol from wallet management page

- Replace $ with USD or empty in amount display
- Remove $ after Coins icon in preset amount cards
- Replace (1 $ =) with (1 USD =) in exchange rate hint
- Update renderTopUpCountInUSD to return value without $ prefix
- Keep EUR symbol unchanged
