wangxiaoji 5a68d88fa9 定价页重构：SiliconFlow风格卡片布局 + 炫酷动画效果 
- 移除侧边栏，改为全宽布局，顶部Hero区域（渐变标题+搜索框+热门标签）
- 新增横向筛选pill按钮（模型类型/供应商/服务商）
- 卡片网格3列响应式布局，悬停发光+上浮+微缩放效果
- 新增浮动粒子背景、卡片入场逐个动画、搜索框光晕脉冲
- 新增流光扫过效果、价格数字脉冲发光
- 新增DeepSeek-V4/MiniMax模型默认倍率
- 更新setup.ps1支持DeepSeek+Minimax双供应商配置
