xiezhouwei e00999b88c fix: 首页导航栏样式对齐 tokendance.space + 主题切换修复 
- 首页导航字体/样式对齐 tokendance.space（text-[14px]、gap-1.5、SVG 图标）
- 全局 Navigation.jsx 和 MobileSiteNavDropdown.jsx 添加 SVG 图标
- 首页 HeroSection header 固定定位（sticky→fixed），导航链接靠右
- PageLayout 首页时隐藏全局 HeaderBar，避免导航重叠/文字不清
- 修复 HomeThemeToggle 主题切换失效（使用正确的 localStorage key 和 DOM 操作）
- 首页文字 TokenFactory→TuringToken，logo 靠左对齐
- i18n 多语言文件同步更新

- Add supplierApply module to console area in role-menu-permission config
- Add supplierApply to DEFAULT_SIDEBAR_CONFIG in useSidebar hook
- Update HeaderLogo to check sidebar module config before showing the button
- Update MobileSiteNavDropdown to check same permission for mobile entry
- Default value is enabled (backward compatible)

xiezhouwei 82016579db fix(payment): resolve payment settings save logic and enable persistence 
- Fix Bug 1: Always save all provider-specific fields regardless of
  currently selected provider in dropdown, preventing data loss when
  switching between Alipay/WeChat/ePay/Yipay configurations
- Fix Bug 2: Add EpayEnabled/YipayEnabled backend Go variables and
  OptionMap entries so enable/disable checkboxes persist across page
  reloads
- Fix white screen crash by wrapping orphan Col elements in proper Row
- Add EpayEnabled/YipayEnabled to PaymentSetting.jsx initial state
- Remove duplicate payment card imports for Stripe/Creem/Waffo/Alipay/Wechat

- Add Alipay payment backend: RSA2 signing/verification, async notify, sync return
- Add WeChat Pay backend: APIv3 signing, AES-GCM decryption, H5 pay, async notify
- Add payment setting UI components for Alipay and WeChat Pay
- Register config keys (24 items) in OptionMap for both gateways
- Add API routes: /api/user/alipay/pay, /api/user/wechatpay/pay,
  /api/alipay/notify, /api/alipay/return, /api/wechatpay/notify
- Add enable_alipay_topup/enable_wechatpay_topup to /api/status endpoint
- Add i18n translations for all new UI strings (11 locales)
- Fix: data is not defined ReferenceError in topup/index.jsx useEffect
- Fix: unused imports in controller/topup_wechat.go
- Update .gitignore for build artifacts

xiezhouwei aa1c9559c3 feat: 操作日志功能实现及字段级diff优化 
- 新增操作日志完整功能: model/service/controller/middleware + 前端页面
- 用户管理 UpdateUser/ManageUser 改为字段级 diff，仅记录实际变更字段
- 模型定价 UpdateOption 改为模型粒度 diff，仅记录变更的模型条目
- 防止中间件与 controller 重复记录操作日志
- 修复前端侧边栏操作日志模块可见性及权限配置合并
